YOUR CABIN REQUEST SPECIFYING NUMBER OF ADULTS AND CHILDREN,
CHOOSE YOUR EXCURSIONS AND FILL IN YOUR PERSONAL DETAILS |
Cruise
Stay information:
-The maximum number of passengers in each cabin is 4. -Infants
up to 2 yrs old FREE paying only child port taxes & other
services when not occupying a bed/berth.
-Children 2-12 yrs 50% discount.
-Single travelers have to specify
shared or sole CABIN USE.
-Sole use of cabin is equivalent to
50% surcharge on the cabin fare.
Use the REMARKS space to specify:
1)the exact age of child/infant. This is required in order to
give you the TOTAL CRUISE AMOUNT.
2)any other request that will make
your cruise more comfortable.
Optional
Excursions: Optional excursions must be specified and
paid for in advance for all travelers.
Personal
Information: At least one contact number must be
entered in the Personal Information section. Contact information
should also include Country Code and Area
Code. All other fields in this section must be
completed.

when you hit the SUBMIT CRUISE RESERVATION REQUEST button. A
copy will also be available to you as soon as you hit the submission
button. You may print it for your own records. |

whether there are available cabins in the category requested.
Another cabin category will be suggested in case the one
requested is not available. |

RESERVATION NUMBER is issued with every reservation confirmation. |

out the details of your reservation at the top of the form and
then |
| 1)Specify
in the fields provided the Names of any other passengers
included in the reservation |

| 2)Complete
your Credit Card Details |

You have to confirm your reservation request by submitting your
Credit Card details within 48 hrs after receiving our email

soon as your credit card has been authorized, your cruise and
cabin will be confirmed. We will notify you via
e-mail. We will send you a confirmation voucher. |

this Exchange Voucher (black and white ) and present it: |
| At
the LOUIS CRUISE LINES CHECK IN DESK in Limassol port before
embarking on the vessel. Embarkation begins 2 hours prior to
departure time. |
